The Discord crafting group I’m in has been doing monthly challenges and the current one is to work on clearing out WIPs by either completing them or frogging them. I’ve been trying to finish the scarf I started for my mom back in November and I’m almost there!
However, today is my day, I’m fueled with Adagio’s Brigadoon tea (seriously, it’s delicious and you should definitely get some next Leap Year…yeah, it’s only available on February 29th!), and I’m spending my free time today working on my EFA Muscadine shawl. I started it for last year’s NaKniCroMo and sadly haven’t finished it, which is a shame because it’s such a simple knit and the yarn is a dream to work with!
While the original colorway is absolutely gorgeous (I love reds and purples!) I opted to go a different route and it’s turning out beautifully! I’m still using EFA yarn for it because frankly I love their yarn and it’s well worth the price. At any rate, I can’t wait till it’s done so I can finally wear it.
